We will have an Open House for all enrolled families on Monday, August 28 from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.. This is a great time for your child to meet their teacher, explore their classroom, and for families to meet.

We will have two Orientation meetings and each family must attend one of the meetings. There will be a morning meeting during the Open House at 10:00 a.m. in the gym and your children can play on our playground during the meeting. We will also have another meeting at 6:00 p.m. online for any families unable to attend the morning meeting.

Your child’s medical forms are due at our Open House, too. We need a general health form and a list of immunizations BEFORE your child starts preschool in the fall of 2023.

• General Health Appraisal Form – This form needs a doctor’s signature and can be substituted with your doctor’s own form
• Certificate of Immunization form – Please provide a list of your child’s immunizations or this form filled out by your doctor’s office
  • Non-Medical Exemption Form – If your child is missing any immunizations.
  • Medical Exemption Form – If your child is missing any immunizations.
  • The immunization exemption forms must be signed by your pediatrician or you must take an online learning module.
