Tuition is due one month prior to the first day of the upcoming quarter, except for the first quarter. Tuition must be paid via check, cash, or Zelle. If paying through Zelle please send payments to treasurer@communitypreschool.org.
Second-quarter tuition is due by Sunday, October 1.
If paying with a check or cash during the school year, please put your tuition payment in the Treasurer’s lockbox, located on the northwest wall in the main school hallway. Make checks payable to “Community Preschool” and add your child’s name and class in the memo of the check to ensure correct credit to your account. For example “Silly Willy, Hanna MW 3s.”
If paying quarterly doesn’t work for your family, you are welcome to contact our treasurer to set up a payment plan.
We have a fabulous photographer taking photos this year, Jenelle Kemper of JKemper Photography. You can view and order photos online. Photos will be shipped directly to each family.

Atmosphere Creative generously donated the material and time to improve our classrooms. The owners, Casey Steele and Steve Fiegel, installed a mirrored window film to improve security. It has also reduced the temperature in the rooms!
A giant thank you to Cindy, our Development Coordinator, our fabulous board, and our amazing teachers for their hard work. It was great to have our board and teachers’ families come join us! What a great parade day!
We will have an Open House for all enrolled families on Monday, August 28 from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.. This is a great time for your child to meet their teacher, explore their classroom, and for families to meet.
We will have two Orientation meetings and each family must attend one of the meetings. There will be a morning meeting during the Open House at 10:00 a.m. in the gym and your children can play on our playground during the meeting. We will also have another meeting at 6:00 p.m. online for any families unable to attend the morning meeting.
Your child’s medical forms are due at our Open House, too. We need a general health form and a list of immunizations BEFORE your child starts preschool in the fall of 2023.
General Health Appraisal Form – This form needs a doctor’s signature and can be substituted with your doctor’s own form
Certificate of Immunization form – Please provide a list of your child’s immunizations or this form filled out by your doctor’s office
Enrollment is Open Now: For The 2025-2026 School Year
We have openings in most of our classes. We are using an online enrollment form to make it easier for our families, but you will need to use a computer or laptop. (Unfortunately, tablets and phones won’t work with the website.)
The online form requires immediately emailing a photo of your child after form submission to cpadmin@communitypreschool.org and paying the $75 non-refundable enrollment fee within 48 hours.
Important Note
Our classes will be the same as this year except we are changing Ms. Jenn’s PreK class to a 15-hour class (8:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.). Please keep in mind that 15 hours takes quite a bit of stamina and the child will also sit for more activities. This class will not fit all 4-year-olds but is a great transition if you want your child to start kindergarten at 6 years old. Also, this year switching between Ms. Jenn’s class and Mrs. Martinez’s PreK classes (10 hours) will be very difficult if the child is using UPK. To change classes it will need to be done at the state level which is out of our hands.
We are participating in Universal Preschool. After enrolling, we will send a link to register for Universal Preschool for our families. The only requirement is a child must be 4 by October 1, 2025, to receive free tuition.
What You’ll Need
Use a laptop or computer. The online enrollment form doesn’t work well on a phone or tablet.

Your child’s medical forms are due at ourOpen House for Enrolled Families on Monday, August 25th from 9 to 11 a.m. Our mandatory Orientation meeting will also be at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th. Please wait till after May 1st to turn in medical forms.
Drop off medical forms at Open House for Enrolled Families in August 25th.
